Lee at Garioch Massage Therapy is very knowledgeable, considerate, explains everything to you as he's going along, and puts you right at ease. He helped resolve a neck issue for me and I have now asked him to work on a long-standing lower back problem. He has even shown me some exercises so I can keep any flare ups at bay while I am out of the country. Highly recommend.
