Sports Taping

Sports Taping
Athletic Taping (traditional taping method) or Kinesiology Taping - 1 body area.

Sports taping is effective not only for treating injuries but also for addressing muscle imbalances, unstable joints, and impaired neural control. Its techniques can aid in healing by supporting and protecting injured areas, reducing the need for prolonged treatment and downtime from competition. Additionally, sports taping helps prevent further injuries when athletes return to activity and can be used to secure protective equipment, even in the absence of injury.

This is my 2nd visit to GMT and once again a 5 star treatment. Lee makes you so welcome and talks through what he is doing. Treatment is thorough and after care advice offered. Highly recommend GMT.

Lee is absolutely amazing! He is so knowledgeable and confident in his field. He would talk through everything he was doing / next step, and the reason behind it. He really listened to what my problems were (mid/lower back pain), worked on them, and also tested other areas which may have been the root of my problems (glutes / quads). I would 100% recommend Lee, and will be going back in the future.
